Adam Ellis

Senior Vice-President Of Operations

As the Senior Vice-President of Operations, Adam supervises a vast array of multiple moving parts, including managing Roadmaster’s experienced Dry Van, Expedited, Flatbed, Temperature Control, and Freight Management Departments. Adam has an extensive background in transportation with over a decade of experience in multiple modes. He plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Truckload Department and looks forward to continuing the division’s growth. Before joining Roadmaster over three years ago, Adam graduated from the Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Arts. He was also a proud member of the football team. He enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.

Oscar Saldivar

Vice-President of Business Development

While serving as Vice-President of Business Development, Oscar has contributed to Roadmaster’s success by keeping client needs at the forefront. Oscar has strived for consistent growth, writing down clear and defined goals, so he can approach each day with a purpose. Oscar has an extensive background in transportation. As the Vice-President of Business Development, he leads by example and in doing so, plans to continue the growth of Roadmaster. He’s the most significant direct sales channel inside of Roadmaster. Oscar earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Concordia University Irvine. After completing his higher education, he relocated from Irvine to Los Angeles. He’s spent seven years as an account executive. Oscar enjoys golf and mountain biking.

Diana De La Torre

Vice-President Of Technology

As Vice-President of Technology, Diana built a network of professionals dedicated to supporting Roadmaster’s strategic plans, training and development. She continues to support company expansion in the forthcoming years. Diana has invested time into creating our innovative TMS, with logistics professionals at the forefront of development. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Her specialty is in full-stack development, primarily focused on web-based and cloud technologies. Diana enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with her son.
